In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us such as name, contact information, passwords and security data, and payment information.



We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when registering for our services, expressing an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, when participating in activities on the Sites (such as posting messages in our online forums or entering competitions, contests or giveaways) or otherwise contacting us.

Facebook Custom Audience: We may utilize Facebook’s Custom Audience capability which allows us to display ads on Facebook to individuals on our email lists or in our database. (2) your name and email address in the body of the email.

Other Personalized and Behavioral Advertising Services: We may participate in other retargeting services that are similar to those described above.


3. WILL YOUR INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH ANYONE?

The servers of third parties that we use are located in the United States. Dance Chemistry is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. FTC. In certain situations, we may be required to disclose personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
 




6. WHAT IS OUR STANCE ON THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES?

Any claim relating to the material on this Web site will be governed by the laws of the State of California, notwithstanding any conflicts of law principles, and the United States of America. Your use of this Web site does not subject Dance Chemistry to judicial process or the jurisdiction of courts or other tribunals in your jurisdiction or location. Any part of this privacy policy that is unlawful, void or unenforceable will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, California residents who provide personal information in obtaining products or services for personal, family, or household use are entitled to request and obtain from us once a calendar year information about the customer information we shared, if any, with other businesses for their own direct marketing uses.
